    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, line twenty-two, by striking out the word “first” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “twenty-ninth”;

    And,

    On page one, section one, line twenty-three, by striking out the word “August” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “July”.
